Karan and Aman, the Founder of Chatorey excelled their culinary skills together at William Angliss Institute in Melbourne back in 2007. Since then, they have been filling several stomachs with their scrumptious food at various 5 star hotels and restaurants. However, Indian cuisine wasn’t their genre from the start. As they come from Indian origin, their passion, interest and in-depth knowledge in this cuisine is what got them kick started.
