Chatorey is not your typical food truck!!
Karan and Aman, the Founder of Chatorey excelled their culinary skills together at William Angliss Institute in Melbourne back in 2007. Since then, they have been filling several stomachs with their scrumptious food at various 5 star hotels and restaurants. However, Indian cuisine wasn’t their genre from the start. As they come from Indian origin, their passion, interest and in-depth knowledge in this cuisine is what got them kick started.
Their only objective is to bring a bit of Delhi’s euphoria in the streets of Melbourne, done by creating a fusion of authentic Indian street food which not only serves the delicacy from the streets of Delhi(where they both were born and brought up)
but also fun, cheeky and interesting Indian western touch by which people get to understand that Indian food is not only about curries, tikkas and naan, there is a lot more than that!!
The menu begins with authentic Indian street chaats with classic dishes and then unauthentic Indo-western dishes made in house with love to make the flavours and experience more wholesome and enjoyable!!
